Visualize My Birth™

Visualize My Birth™ began long before it had a name.

With my first son, I did everything I thought I was supposed to do. I took the classes, read the books, prepared for an unmedicated birth, and trusted that I was ready. I labored naturally to 10 centimeters before my son’s leg presented and I was rushed into an emergency cesarean.

I couldn’t stop thinking about birth after that.

Not because I believed I could have controlled what happened—I couldn’t. But because I realized how much I had prepared for labor without ever truly preparing my mind for birth.

Years later, the idea for Visualize My Birth™ came to me in a series of dreams.

I saw a completely different way of preparing women for birth. Visualization. The subconscious mind. Mental rehearsal. A woman’s own voice. The nervous system. Birth physiology. Preparing so intentionally that when birth began, the mind and body had already practiced meeting it.

I saw it before I ever lived it.

For years, I quietly studied, created, and practiced what would eventually become Visualize My Birth™. And with my third and fourth births, I became my own first student.

I visualized those births in remarkable detail. I mentally rehearsed them again and again.

Then I lived them.

My last two births unfolded almost exactly as I had visualized. Both were approximately two hours long, and at 43 years young, my fourth birth was peaceful and pain-free.

I remember being in that birth and realizing:

I’ve been here before.

I had seen it. I had rehearsed it. My mind knew this place.

That was when I knew Visualize My Birth™ was no longer simply an idea that had come to me in a dream.

It was something I had created, practiced, and lived in my own body.

Now, I am finally ready to share it with you.

I dreamed it. I created it. I lived it. Welcome to Visualize My Birth™.

From fear to understanding

That journey led me to experience three peaceful, unmedicated VBAC home births. I visualized my third and fourth births in remarkable detail, and they unfolded almost exactly as I had envisioned.

Visualize My Birth™ came to me in a series of dreams. Over the years that followed, I began creating what would eventually become this program—studying, preparing, practicing, and ultimately experiencing it myself through my last two births. What began as something I could see so clearly in my dreams became something I lived in my own body.

“My last two births were just two hours long. My fourth was a peaceful, pain-free birth — an experience that felt deeply aligned, intuitive, and almost otherworldly in its calm.”

Today, I’m the mother of four beautiful children — and those births are the heartbeat behind everything at Visualize My Birth™.

Dr. Kimberly Spair

Professionally, I’m a licensed Speech Pathologist, board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and founder of DKS Institute for Holistic Wellness. For years, I’ve supported thousands of women and families through pregnancy, postpartum, feeding, and holistic wellness while continuing to study the physiology of birth.

My own healing journey was profoundly shaped by the information shared by Anthony William, the Medical Medium®. His work transformed my health and gave me the opportunity to experience motherhood in ways I once feared might never be possible. As I healed, became a mother of four, and continued my education and clinical work, my passion for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and feeding continued to grow. Those experiences—both personal and professional—ultimately inspired the creation of Visualize My Birth™.

But more than any title, I’m a mother who has lived both sides of the birth experience and has come to deeply trust the body’s design, its intelligence, and its ability to guide us when we learn to listen.
